× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Yes they are but under some circumstances you may not get what you expect.  When
using the C compiler, the pragmas inform the compiler when an IFS (as opposed to
Standard In) is being used and redirects the c functions to use their IFS
versions.  I think (but can't recall for certain) that they are named
__QIFS_cfunctionname. If you need to know for sure e-mail me and I'll try to
check it out.
