  • Subject: RPG program calling a stored proc that returns a result set

Ok folks I am stumped.

I have created all these wonderful stored procedures that work wonderfully
for the client server system that we are developing. All the stored procs
work great in that environment. Now in comes a friend of mine who would like
to make the green screen apps use the same procedures to populate subfiles
etc. (The reason being why have duplicate code bases) How can I do this???
(And boy I hope the answer is not Use the SQL CLI)

Thanks
Eric
