Why complicate things with cycle stuff at all?

There already seems to be consensus that the CF is for new code - and they
aren't even teaching the cycle stuff in most of the schools today.  Since it
would still be usable in the regular specs I'd rather see you folks use your
time working on new stuff that's needed.

Like %Elem on the left hand side for example - I can live without automatic
dynamic arrays, but I _need_ to set the active number of records both in MODS
and arrays.
