Can we can the politics?

Using your analogy that no one really wants a tax cut and no one wants 
(or should be given) the free form CF specs is an example of double blindness.  
I want the tax cut.  My wife, who would rather stay at home, made just enough 
last year to pay our income taxes. Many people want the CF specs.  Heaven
forbid we allow the freedom to choose, (unless....  oh heck, you don't want
to really get me going do you?).
