The S/34 >had such a small instruction set it was really pretty easy to do. You wrote in assembler first, then converted? What a wimp! <GGG> IBM had some kind of form that was probably some 20" wide and some 30" tall, covered with little squares 1/2" by 1/2". This came in pads like the coding sheets. I have no idea what this form was meant to be used for, but I coded straight into machine code on them. I still remember far too much of the S/32,S/34,S/36 machine code. I think I could still work my way through a program dump if I had to. 0C001A142B17C08434820D001A142B18F4000404 (Talk about a waste of valuable brain cells! <G>) Ken Southern Wine and Spirits of Nevada, Inc. +--- | This is the RPG/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to RPG400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to RPG400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to RPG400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---END
