Flipping burgers is a growth industry, yes. But it is not that those IT managers know that the CF-specs are coming at some point in the future. It is that today, they are struggling to get there apps to work, updated, or moved to RPG IV or another platform. To add another variable to the mix at this critical stage in the life of the AS/400 is disappointing to me. IBM apparently doesn't care if you buy As/400 or an NEt Finity server. They want to sell software. Well they never wrote an AS/400 piece of software that took over the world, so to me, that means we may have a problem with the future of the AS/400.
