PDF also seems really popular for storing text. Adobe has a free downloadable reader. Generating PDF files is another trick. That is where they make their money. But I can't export to PDF either. RTF is supported, but, after I do that, and I try to load the file up in MSWord, it locks up Word. I reckon' I should report that to Notes. MSWord .DOC files are not supported. 'Word' is. I assume that is the Lotus product. If I try the Word 6.0 I get an I/O error window. cozzi@rpgiv.com on 07/15/99 01:06:53 PM Please respond to RPG400-L@midrange.com@Internet To: RPG400-L@midrange.com@Internet cc: RPGIV@onelist.com@Internet Fax to: Subject: RE: New RPGIV functionality I only use Notes for COMMON business. I don't know if there is a web plug-in for .NSF files. I believe you can export them to HTML or RTF, can't you? I think all documentation should be in one of 4 formats: ASCII Text RTF (Microsoft Rich Text Format) .DOC (Microsoft Word document file) HTML I will start setting up the webpage within RPGIV.com soon, at that point there'll be a link to submit stuff to. If only a few people submit stuff, it won't stay up for long...
