Everybody's right.  

Pressing F4 on the line of CL code in the Code/400 window opens the green
screen window so that you get the regular old CL prompting.  Adding in the
on-line help manuals though makes the Code/400 version a huge leg up,
imho.  Having the manuals at hand and searchable is a huge plus for me
because I never remember everything, and the quicker I look it up, the
quicker I get it right.
