        My friend working on AS400 needs some info....could any of you please 
help
?? His query is as follows :

        I need some info on AS400 administration. Is it possible to create a 
user 
into a library file(or DB2) of AS400 with Read only option with other 
library files access mode untouched.

Currently I am planning for a process for the access modes etc. for our 
project. This will be useful to me for that activity.
