A default option was changed on this command.  This command is an IBM
supplied object.  Any IBM object that is changed should be documented.  Most
of the IBM objects are replaced during an upgrade.

Here is an example for CRTRPGPGM command:
CHGCMDDFT CMD(CRTRPGPGM) NEWDFT('USRPRF(*OWNER)')

You will have to change the other create commands you use like CRTCLPGM,
CRTPGM...
