What, you think Microsoft employees actually read books published by
Microsoft Press?  I've always envisioned working at Microsoft as being akin
to being trapped in a "Pinky and the Brain" episode: "What are we going to
do tonight, Bill?"  "Plan to take over the world!"  How could they have time
to actually read a book about programming?
