Ken I think you may be out of luck.  As far as I know this support only goes
back to V3R2.  Check the PTFs they should cross reference, strt with the one for
the release you're _on_ and then look to see what previous release support is
provided.

As far as 'position" on the H spec is concerned, anywhere except where the H
goes !  The H spec in RPG IV is free-form.
