We have users using it, it works pretty well for the ones willing to learn a little bit about the database. Sounds like your group of Query users fit that description, so probably most/all of them would find Sequel fairly easy to switch to. Anyone frustrated with limitations in Query is almost certain to love it. As for downloading to Excel, it can create files in the IFS in any of the formats below, which can then be opened directly or e-mailed by Sequel. And, of course, it can output DB2 files that you can then download using file transfer or ODBC/MS Query. *DBASE *DELIMITED *HTML *MERGE *SDF *WKS *XLS --- Dave Shaw, General Nutrition, Greenville, SC To subscribe to the MAPICS-l mailing list send email to MAPICS-L-SUB@midrange.com The opinions expressed may not be my employer's unless I'm sufficiently persuasive... * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * This is the RPG/400 Discussion Mailing List!
