If you are reading this file in Keyed sequence, you can use *LOVAL SETLL.
If you are reading it in arrival sequence, you can use 1 CHAIN to position 
to the first record.

I didn't think that SETLL worked with arrival sequence... I guess I don't 
understand what you mean here.
