Rob,

I ran into the same dead-end when I reported that problem months ago. What I
ended up doing as a workaround was:

1) Make sure all /COPY members start with the following:

/If Defined(ThisMember)
/Eof
/Else
/Define ThisMember
/Endif

2) Change the message severity of SQL1003 to 9 so that the compiler doesn't
choke.

3) For SQLRPGLE members only, explicitly name each /COPY member that you
require.
