My company (DCSoftware) has a product that can undelete records.  It's used
for purging and archiving.  It's intention is to add the archiving feature
to your existing purge programs without having to modify the programs (for
those cases where you have a purge program but it doesn't archive the data).
It will also purge and archive files without programming (for those cases
where you don't already have a purge program).

It could be used to 'undelete' records in other situations than after a
purge program.
