Hi Sanjiv,

I think I can help you with question 1.  Check out the AS/400
performance monitor.  It can show you the number of times programs are
run, who runs them and how long, and how much system they take.  I
haven't found this too easy to work with, but I admit I haven't spent
much time with it.  This also takes up a decent amount of systems
resources, so you may not want to be running it constantly.
