You may want to move the first EXFMT to be the first line. Doing this will allow for the DOW to capture an F3 if the user decides not to do anything. As coded, pressing F3 initially will redisplay the screen with the EXFMT defined within the IF/ENDIF. Then it would exit the DOW if the user did enter data on the second display of the screen.
