Mohammad, I'm sorry to hear your side of the story. Personally, I have tried to give you the benefit of the doubt, because I am also learning about the AS/400 (from scratch, by myself, using manuals, books and any internet site and/or forum that I can possibly find). However, questions do come to mind about some of the remarks you have made within this particular e-mail. Instead of remarking that the lab technicians are fools, you should look to yourself (based upon some of the questions that you have posted) and wonder if you have the "right type of logical brain" to be in this business, or failing that, if you have the right work ethic to try and work some of these problems out yourself, even if it is by trial and error. Sometimes just "playing" on the AS/400, you can find/grasp ideas that at first you did not comprehend. Look at other books that your tutor/instructor may not have suggested. "Control Language Programming for the AS/400" (second edition) by Myers and Riehl (Duke Press) I have found to be a really great book, and in many cases a god-send. >>> mohammad khan <mohammadakhan@yahoo.com> 10/20 2:23 AM >>> ---Chuck Lewis <CLEWIS@IQUEST.NET> wrote: > > Mohammad ! > > All due respect buddy !!! > > BUT... > > First, try speaking with this instructor and explaining your frustrations.
