I am trying to use Panel Groups for help text on fields for a command I have
written.

I have never done this before. I know how to compile my command to use a
panel group, but I need some help here.

I know I need to create a PNLGRP type of member with the following lines of
code.

Pnlgrp
.
.BODY
.
epnlgrp

I need help with the body. How do I insert a TAG plus it's help text?
