If you are referring to the RTVSPLFA command (the TAA Tool), no, there
isn't.  This is because it is one of the input parameters to retrieve
the attributes of a particular spooled file.

You could look into using the list spooled files API, but trying to
retrieve the spooled file number can be tricky, since it is one of the
defining attributes of a spooled file itself.
