Very new to Outlook.
Read receipts: Right now I find I can set it to the following when I get an email requesting a read receipt.
1- Send the receipt
2- Don't send the receipt
3- Ask me if I want to send
In Notes I didn't care if someone sent me an email requesting a read receipt. Just send it.
In O365, I've noticed that some of my spam is marked requesting a read receipt.
So what I would like to do is: Ask me if I want to approve the read receipt but I can flag it so that this particular user should no longer ask me but either just send him one, or don't.
