Can Java 10 be loaded on Samsung Note 9? -- PCTECH

The ultimate goal is to have ACS running on the Note9. To that end can Java
be loaded onto it?

I think that device is running Android 8.1 (Oreo)

Next question would be for Cisco VPN but that's for later. Since Apple has
effectively blocked Java from the iPad, now I have to find an alternative
solution for it. Too bad too since my iPad was doing really well for me.
