Heh. Teamviewer is $700+ per year. Think I'll pass.

Seems to me that whichever option you choose you should spend a few
dollars on at least a single user license for your team to use.

My favs are Webex, Gotomeeting, Join.Me and Teamviewer.

You get what you pay for 😊

All,

What software do you use for remote Windows support? ie, a user 50
miles away is having a problem and you need to sign on and take
control and figure stuff out.

Is there a decent one that's not too expensive and doesn't require
software installed on the remote PC?

Thanks.
