I have been using the free join.me But it is more for you to share your
else's computer, they have to install the program.
The other one we use is TeamViewer. Also free but to control someone
some sort of remote control software.
I do not know of any way of sharing your computer without installing
between networks and a logon to the remote computer. The screen is not
RDP if opened up, can be used but requires a connection via MPLS or VPN
shared but you take fully control of the remote computer.

Subject: [PCTECH] Best software for remote windows support
All,
What software do you use for remote Windows support? ie, a user 50 miles
away is having a problem and you need to sign on and take control and
figure stuff out.
Is there a decent one that's not too expensive and doesn't require
installed on the remote PC?(PcTech) mailing list
Thanks.
