Finally got around to trying to setup that old laptop.
Remember, the XP one? That was given to me by work after scratch
installing XP.
Well, I can get to downforeveryoneorjustme.com
I can't get to yahoo.com or google.com but I can get to bing.com so I
figure there's some setting in IE that says thou shalt not use search
sites that return meaningful hits that are less than 80% ads. How do I
turn that off? I can ping google.com. My work laptop, on the same wi-fi,
can get to google.com.
