I've been seeing these for a couple of days. Some are getting caught by our ISP's scanner, some by my email client, but others are still getting through. However - since I run a Mac even if they get through even if I were to open them they won't do any harm.

They do appear better "designed" than many in the past. They have slowed down today though.
