Heh.  I don't think I've ever seen a speed test like yours, where the
upload speed is SUBSTANTIALLY higher than download speed.

Not to mention a 3ms ping time -- I don't know that I have ever
noticed faster than 7ms here. But for most practical purposes, that
difference is more academic than anything.

The difference between my 3+Mbs upload speed and his though is more
than academic!
