Good News Everybody!

A new search engine is coming soon.

As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

GoToMyPc requires an install on the client's machine. Licensed per client so it's probably cost prohibitive for Jon.

No idea of the pricing but we have a vendor who uses Bomgar which is similar to WebEx. They establish a session and we join it so they don't access to the system in question unless we explicitly grant it.

We use VNC for this -- but it does require you to install software.

I know of folks who use GotoMyPc.com -- maybe that'd work? Not sure.

I have been using the Windows Remote Desktop client for a while and
it works well.

Now I have a need to do the same thing BUT - the screen of the
Windows machine needs to be visible to the remote user while I
control it.

I know that I can do this via WebEx type software - but that involves
something being installed on the PC - which the client will not
permit.

Anyone know of any way to do this - or some setting in the remote
Windows machine that I've missed that allows this?
