There are other small form computers than a MacBook Pro? How interesting!

Folks:

Anyone have one of the newer Dell Latitude E series laptops and the dell
E Dock docking station?  More specifically, the Latitude E6420.

I need to find out if they ever fixed the problem with the "Eject Laptop"
functionality.

When I purchased a Latitude E6400 about a year ago, the docking station
didn't identify itself as a docking station ... so there was no eject laptop
functionality.

This was in direct violation of Microsoft tech notes that indicate that
you should always eject the laptop before removing it from a docking
station.

I'm back in the mode of looking for a new laptop and like the Latitude
line (I still have my D630) and the E6420 looks good, but I'm not going to
get it if the undock functionality isn't there.

Thanks!

david
