Hi Booth,

It's fine in green screen, Word, Excel, etc. It only acts up in Outlook
(and I sort of figured that out as noted) and then in Internet Explorer
in any are they need to key something in. This makes NO sense and just
try a Google search for these symptoms :-)

Oh and all updates are applied to all applications.
