No, this is Google messing with us. It is the 30th Anniversary of
PacMan's introduction by Atari.
If you look closely, you will see "Google" spelled out in the PacMan
game. And if you press the "Insert Coin" button or click on the logo,
you will be able to play the game using the arrow keys to move the
PacMan.
