Do you have the contents of Run.bat?

From the manual, what seems to be the applicable commands are:

^MMT Sets the printer to Tear-off mode.
~TAnnn Sets the length of label to extend for it to be torn off. This
is in dots per inch in the range of -120 to 120 .
