Well, what do you want to print? These are host-based printers, they
usually don't work well with print servers, if they work at all. You
surely won't be able to print to them using HPT, if that's your goal.

Generally, buy a new printer that's NOT a host-based one, with an
integrated network card. These are pretty cheap today (though not
35$). If a printer can do PCL5/6 and PS, they're not host-based.

If you want to use it with your IBM i, check the "support for various
ascii printers" page (google for the phrase, the URL changes all the
time).
