I understand if I had elected to buy the Ultimate, it would have been an
easy upgrade in place.

True? When I did the upgrade manager thing it told me my upgrade options
were Premium or Ultimate.

Me thinking Professional was between the two, it would probably work okay
also.

Now I'm understanding they mean authorized options, according to my vista
install operating system.
