Re: Failed Windows Update

Backup? Actually, I do back up files & e-mail daily and weekly but don't
want to reload Windows, if possible. I suppose that I could have problems
with the hard drive but it had been working fine before I ran the update.

Actually, the only times I've gotten that message was when my hard drive
had failed.
