AT&T apparently mentioned $1/GB above the monthly 150. Its doubtful the average person would hit it, but it will become more and more likely as people start pulling down HD movies and whatnot.
Also, the 150GB/month ceiling was for 10Mbps service; for 768K service the limit is a lot lower, like 20GB/month before the surcharge hits.
All this because Comcast, AT&T, and their ilk refuse to up capacity to provide for what they sold.
