Had a little spare time today so I thought I would try to get iSeries Access
to work.



Call the IBM Support Rep and asked for help with the PCSERR100 that is being
thrown when I try to start a configuration.

We started the "Know-Nothing Dance"



What version of Vista are you on? Ultimate

Do you have SP1 for Vista? Yes!

What version of iSeries Access? V5R4 with the latest SP!

Have you tried the "start" with the FireWall and Virus Protection turned
off? Yes! I have even tried it with the VPN not


Started!

What type of Video Card do you have? NVIDIA with the latest driver!

What type of Sound Card do you have? Conexant HD Audio with the latest
driver!



Gee I don't know what to tell you but I will notify the development people.



Well seeing MOCHA is work just fine, I guess I will just have to wait until
IBM or whoever gets "smart" and fixes the

Problem. Google gave more than 160 references most of which went back a few
years to XP.
