Keep in mind that domain's are not blacklisted ... only servers are.
Domain's are too trivial to spoof to be a reliable way of blacklisting.

Servers with open relays, open proxy's, and known spam sources are put
on the RBL's.

While there aren't a lot of public domain-based blocklists, there
certainly are private ones.

I personally have a number of System i related domains blocked as well
as a number of other domains that have nothing to do with System i.
Those domain names are unlikely to be spoofed by the "body part
enhancement" spammers and such scum. The mainsleaze scammers usually
follow the "You CAN-SPAM" act and so use their own domain names. But
just because their spam is legal doesn't mean I have to eat it, and I
don't on my own server. (Unfortunately I don't control the mail
servers at work, but mainsleazers who spam me at work also get blocked
at home.)

Examples: lab400.com, bcdsoftware.com, htassets.com, midrangenews.net
more recently sending as enterprisemonthly.com, laservault.com,
vantagepointsolutionsllc.com, drvtech.com, etc., etc., etc.
