That pretty much describes us but I'm still not sure. Initial costs are
there if you go internal but then it goes way down and that monthly charge
starts to add up (we have about 164 users).

Sounds interesting for small companies that don't really have a full
network
(with Active Directory and such). But for companies with a full active
directory? I think it would be better to run internal.
