FTP Problem

OK - here's the scenario

Client is a Mac running latest OS X.

Using FileZilla (latest)

Connecting to i5/OS V5R5

FTP connection from another i5 (V5R3) to the V4R5 box works.

FTP via FileZilla to other system works.

FTP (and FTP client in Zend Studio) both fail with timeout. DNS has resolved to correct IP. User namer and PW verified by cut/paste into 5250 session on another i5 - FTP works.

Tried with IP and full domain name. Same result.

Anyone got a suggestions as to where to look next?
