I'll look into UltraMon again - discarded it earlier because I did not
feel like paying for just having a "move to other monitor" key.

I like it for:

- "smart taskbar" -- each monitor shows (only) it own applications
- hot keys to move window to another monitor (or primary monitor)
- hot keys for changes to resolutions / settings (for testing)
- save / restore of desktop icon layouts
