Nope - that doesn't change anything. Same error message same spot. The
error is flagged as being the comma after #PCDATA and in WDSC it indicates
it is missing a ).

Maybe you can only have attributes as well as #PCDATA and can't have child
elements. I guess I'll have to dig back into the examples again.

PCDATA is always a little strange. This will work for you:

<!ELEMENT Product ( #PCDATA | (Description , SellPrice , Quantity?)*) >

This seems to be the only way to have children and character data, and it
technically means you can have multiple instances of either the PCDATA or
the other elements.

The vast majority of models I've seen always add a separate element for the
character data, or else they assign attributes to the element that contains
character data.
