Uploading data to iSeries from Excel -- PCTECH

Good Morning,
I am moving an application from Microsoft Access to the iSeries.
In moving the data from Access I export it to an Excel spreadsheet. This
has worked well but now I've run into some True/False fields that I
can't load into the iSeries using the Transfer to iSeries command in
excel. Does anyone have a best practice for these type fields.
