Hi John,

If I do that I get NOTHING on the second monitor. This is a Sony Vaio with
an ATU Catalyst graphics card in it so there are settings both in the
Desktop AND in there. What fun. Nothing seems to work other then at one
point I got the cursor back and right and right clicked and got the list but
the nothing chosen would display on the second monitor.

You're extending the desktop to the second monitor instead of having
them be the same.  Right-click the desktop, properties, settings, click
the 2nd monitor in the box, un-check Extend my Windows desktop... and
Apply.
