Did you fix it yet? Did it work better before or is this a new service? If you can allow the time, why not hook up a single client to the entry point (on the weekend) and see if that stays up? Try another modem? The first thing I did with mine is setup passthru and set always-on = true and make sure the DSL modem is not providing DCHP (or only 1 DHCP device on your subnet) that will cause that weirdness, especially with VOIP and some other services). I am not sure which request triggers the failover but a guru would know. I would also check splitters if you have any. Do you have "good quality" DSL filters? on EVERY phone connection and the DSL connection? Does the weather make a difference? I think we tend to look for the complex reason and ends up being something that humans touch (connectors). But I am not a technician.
