Have you checked the Who Is on different sites? I would check a couple of others first. If none of them show it, I would call Network Solutions and ask them about it. As far as squatters rules, I believe that if you can show it is relevant to your business, and they do not have a presence for it, you can win a fight over the name: the question, of course, becomes "is it worth it?" As for presence, they certainly don't have to have much of one. Most professional squatters today have some sort of generic directory site. Completely worthless from a content standpoint, but it protects them legally.
