Spamcop and gmail

Does anyone know anything about spamcop?

Emails I initiate from my gmail account aren't reaching one of my
clients, and a couple are getting bounced with a "blacklisted" return.

the link goes to this page:

http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=checkblock&ip=66.249.92.169

which says google.com is on their blacklisted server list.  How can
they blacklist gmail?

is anyone else having this problem?  I sent the suggested email to
abuse@xxxxxxxxxx, but no reply yet.
