Software Question

Does anyone know of a software package that will allow for the routing of a
driver by checking Map Quest or something and putting say 4 or 5 calls in
order of mileage ?

 

To expand, we have a Customer Service department that repairs tubs and
showers, etc. We have one person that receives all of the calls and is
currently using a combination of Word and Excel and then hitting Map Quest
to route 3 drivers for their next days runs. They cover the entire state of
Indiana. It takes this guy most of the afternoon to do this.

 

So ideally this package would allow him to enter customer information and
scheduling information and then create a routing report for each drive
automatically.
