It works well ... however you have to be careful that one or the other
is not turned off.

A few weeks ago I had someone trying to call me on my VOIP line, but my
cell phone was turned off ... so it went directly to voice mail.  So my
VOIP rang once and gave up as soon as the voice mail picked up.
